How long does shipping take?
Every item is printed to order and processed from our New York facility. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment — most orders arrive within 4–7 business days total, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Shipping is a flat $4.95 rate to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We accept both defective and non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery, plus direct size and design exchanges. Email support with your order number and we'll send a free prepaid label within 1 business day — no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Is checkout secure, and what payment methods work?
All payments are processed through PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Pay with your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via PayPal Guest Checkout. No PayPal account required, and your card data is never stored on our servers.
