Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

Tavriona LLC, a limited liability company ("Tavriona," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website located at tavriona.shop (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update is posted means you accept the revised Terms, so we recommend checking this page periodically.

Section 02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your state of residence, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate and current.

The Site is intended for residents of the United States. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Section 03

Account & Orders

Checkout does not require creating an account — orders are placed as a guest through PayPal. An order confirmation email is sent once payment is captured; this confirmation does not guarantee item availability, since certain designs and sizes may sell out between browsing and checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in USD ($) and may change without notice. We accept payment exclusively through PayPal, which lets you pay using your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card via PayPal Guest Checkout — no PayPal account required. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as payment methods within their own checkout system.

Section 05

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (for orders placed before 5:00 PM ET) and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Shipping is a flat $4.95 rate via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

Section 06

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns are handled by mail with a free prepaid label, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal balance or card within 2 business days after we inspect the returned item.

Section 07

Product Information & Availability

We work to display accurate colors, sizing, and design details for every product, but small variations can occur due to monitor settings and the print-on-demand production process. Because items are produced to order, availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund for that item.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our logo, product artwork, graphics, page layouts, and text — belongs to Tavriona LLC or its design licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product from us grants you the right to use that physical item for personal purposes; it does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork or design.

Section 09

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site's normal operation, submit false information during checkout, or use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavriona LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tavriona LLC, its owners, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Third-Party Links

The Site relies on third-party services to operate, such as PayPal for payments and USPS, UPS, or FedEx for shipping. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their terms independently.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction described in Section 16.
